I'm moving away from multi-family homes for a moment and sharing with you all one of my single-family houses. The Sienna Residence is a three-bedroom house with an urban style. This house easily passes for another apartment-type, dorm or boarding house.

The main feature of this house is the 'skylight' on the second level. If it is not to your liking, then get rid of it and the space can be used for one or two more bedrooms. As with my other houses, I already furnished the bathrooms and kitchen.
