Hello simmers! This here is my latest idea yet. These townhomes feature 3 units, two of which are identical and the other is one story higher. Over at the end of the lot is a community space. I left it blank for your purposes, place a pool /playground or plant a garden; it's your call. I left most of the houses unfurnished, I just did the kitchens and bathrooms.
