This is my first upload! Are you surprised?
I've had this idea for a while now and this lot here is it. It's my take on a contemporary walkup apartment. It's got two store spaces on both sides of the ground floor and the entrance to the apartments is in the middle. Please note that the stairs can be removed and be replaced by an elevator; if you so wish. I chose not to include roof access because it would ruin the look. You can do that yourself if you want roof access. There are also fire escapes. Those were tricky to place so, I settled to place them on the sides instead.

The six apartments are spacious and identical and come semi-furnished (bathroom and half the kitchen). But not like the screenshots, those I furnished myself and did not include in the file.
