Campus Sauna House

My Sims State University is there where all year winter and a lot of snow. In such climate students visit Campus Sauna House (university community lot). There it is possible not only to communicate, but also to be warmed.
Campus Sauna House has "bathing" branch where it is possible to be washed, and Spa-branch where it is possible to sit in a sauna and to become tanned in a sun deck a little. Fans of an extreme can swim for a while in nearby lake which is known good fishing.
