FantaPanther - Formal Yellow African Themed Dress

This is a recolour of a Maxis Mesh for the standard bodysize.
It's funky and bright yellow! I believe I checked the 'casual' button too when I made this but I'm not sure, that's why it's under formal only. You'll have to check when you use it.
