The Cooper house is the home of Marissa in the American TV show, The O.C.

I have recreated it to go next to The Cohen House in the neighbourhood. It is in the modern Roman style of Malibu homes. You can find more information about the house here.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms an office, 3-4 car garage, plenty of glass, decorative arches, and split level rooms including a large attic space that could be a den or extra bedroom. There is even a swimming pool and 2 of the bedrooms are master suites. This number could be increased by a simple re-arrangement if required.
