The bosses Bar is a unique design, it has three seperate building with stairs tieing them all together. and designed for the "Slice of Heaven" land
Please download and use at you own risk. I have installed the lot on a flat piece of land and didnt have any effect other than it used a little bit more land then a 4x5 square.

Building "A" (closest to street)
first floor:
Seating and a bathroom.
second floor:
Bar with seating and tables
third floor:
Dining with seating, tables and bathroom
forth floor:
Poker tables and stairs leading to the roof

Building "B" (middle)
first floor:
Game room - Pool tables, dart boards and electronic games
second floor:
Dance floor with bathrooms and stairs leading to the roof

Biulding "C" (back)
First floor:
Two bowling allies, singing machine, juke box and stairs leading to the roof.

I have designed most of my lots for the terrane of Slice of Heaven land.
This one should be placed next to Cappo's House and on the corner.
