A starter home from the Nekoya series that is furnished and under 20,000! With the leftover money, you can purchase some finishing touches to this charming home! Right away, you'll notice the interesting shaped pool on the right hand corner of the house. There is enough space to make a small barbeque area as well.



The entry way opens up into a living room with a workspace area that can be a place for working or composing music. To the right of the living room is a full bath. To the left, there is a full kitchen with dining space. Next to the kitchen is a nice, cozy bedroom.

To the left of the house, there is a big willow tree. It can be deleted and turned into a garage/parking area...or you can leave it as is and have running space for your pets. =^.^=



This is a perfect starter home for a young couple to start a family, an elderly couple looking for a nice home to retire to, or an individual who wants the perks of owning their own home! ^^

Comments: Another Nekoya series home! Yay! This home took me about three weeks and a lot of trial and error. Part of it was a challenge for myself to see if I could make a "decent" furnished house with a pool on a 1x3 lot and still be under 20,000.

After building and bulldozing for three weeks, I finally came up with this! ^o^ It's not as exciting in design as the other houses (in my opinion ^^; ), but it was really nice to be able to move the sims in and start playing right away!

As a side note, I think I will give up on the 1x3 lot for awhile... ^^;

Notes: I only play-tested it for one sim day. In the picture, you might note that the easel turned at a 45 degree angle, but the sims wouldn't use it when turned, so I re-packaged the lot and uploaded it without using the rotate 45 degree cheat. It should just be sitting flat against the wall now.

Please let me know if there are any problems. I tested the game by itself in OFB and then imported to Seasons with all the expansions and it didn't seem to have any problems.

There are no custom contents. Open for Business is required for the angles used in making the pool.

Although I had recently gotten the rest of the expansion packs, I wanted to keep the house designs as basic as possible and the Basegame Starter Pro was definitely a great help!
