Directly in front is the kitchen equipped with a fridge and more than enough counter space for all your cooking needs. To the left of the foyer is a moderate sized living room. On the right of the foyer is a 1/2 bath for guests and a good sized den for office space, artist space or you can even turn it into a dining room for entertaining guests.

Comments: I'm still working on a set of homes for the Nekoya series, which are aimed to be under 20000. I originally wanted to furnish the house, but by the time I finished painting the walls and carpeted everything, I was pushing 19000. >< Still, I hope that you will enjoy this house!

Notes: I only play-tested it for one sim day (trying out the pool and room and putting in furniture and using the appliances). ^^;

There are no custom contents. I had to include Open for Business is for the turn in the staircase, as I stacked the foundation for that effect and for the spire roof...everything else should be from the base game...I hope!
