This is a starter home with a beautiful loft overlooking the entry way and living room. The entry way opens up into a spacious living room and dining room area with a half bath for guests. The kitchen has space for a fridge and plenty of counter area for cooking as well.



Double doors from the hallway leads into a big bedroom with plenty of wall space for dressers, paintings, etc. A small hallway from there leads into a full bath. Just further down the hallway, there is a sliding glass door leading to a wide patio where you can relax or stargaze.

The second floor is an open area loft for entertaining guests or study area or just a place to "get-away".






Comments: This is my first house so I hope you enjoy it! ^^ I had been building a lot of big houses in the game and my computer would lag so badly while trying to play, so I became inspired to build houses on smaller lots with similar designs to the big houses I had built (i.e. losing a few bedrooms and misc rooms here and there, but still making it big enough yet cozy XD).

By the way, I had a really hard time coming up with a name for these houses and I wanted to do a series of them... eventually, after much deliberation, I came up with Nekoya... not very original - but "neko" means "cat" in Japanese and "ya" means "house". The house has nothing to do with cats (I don't own Pets yet), but just in case you were curious... ^^

Notes: There are no custom contents. The only reason I had to include Open for Business is for the turn in the staircase, as I stacked the foundation for that effect...I think everything else is from the base game.
