Nekoya "Grey" gets its name from the stone wall that covers the exterior part of the house. Set in a tranquil location, upon entering, the bamboo tree covers part of the deck creating a private and mysterious atmosphere, yet at the same time, it gives an intriguing facade to the house. From there, a wide deck leads to the main entry.


The first floor opens into the living room with the dining and kitchen area to the left. The open floor plan gives plenty of space for entertaining guests and with a half bath on the first floor, you won't need to worry about guests invading your private room! The stairs behind the living room leads up to the second floor where there is a landing and a private door that you can lock to keep unwanted guests out!



The second floor contains a wide open master bedroom with a full bath. There is plenty of space to add a work study area. Optional ideas include moving or adding a patio door to the landing area, so your guests can have access to your beautiful balcony with views of the pond to the far right end of the property.

Much of the property is open for a wide variety of landscaping or adding a spa or pool. In addition, the left side of the property is free for garage space.

This is a nice home for a couple or artist who want a lot of open space to create their artwork or for someone who like stargazing on the wide open balcony.

Comments: Another Nekoya series home! wiii! As much as I like the design, I have to admit...I hate the roof. (´Д⊂　Since I wanted to keep it for base game only, I couldn't use the same coned roof as Nekoya Red. I'm sorry if you don't like the roof either. ; ; I know I need a lot more work on my terrain editing skills too... ^^; Still, I hope that you will enjoy the overall feel of the house! ^^

Notes: I only play-tested it briefly... the sims sat properly at the dining table, used the bathroom and walked on the deck. ^o^

Please let me know if there are any problems. I tested the game in the basic Sims2 and then imported to Seasons with all the expansions and it didn't seem to have any problems.

There are no custom contents.
