Looks Expensive Starter, $19,962, basic furnishings for 2

As soon as I saw the floor plans for this house, I thought it would make a very playable sims house, would look nice (a bit unique) and would be able to be made as a starter house (under $20K with some basic furnishings). I was right! Yeah!

The house has some exterior bells and whistles (interesting corners, slant walls, roof line) that make it look "expensive". The floorplans had a fireplace along the wall separating off the two smaller (but still large) bedrooms, but I could not fit that into a $20K budget.

The house requires the stage platform to turn the stairs and nightlife as that expansion changes lot file structure. I do not know that it NEEDS any other expansion. Despite the complex roof, I was able to build it without changing from the normal 45-degree roof slope angle. So, unlike most of my houses, it should not require Pets.

For some reason, the ModtheSims2 file input did not detect custom content. However, I have some custom walls and floors that I (Tulipmama) and my daughter (PeachyFiend) made that are in the house.

The house also has a small loft, and space to put in a driveway.
