This townhome complex was inspired by a photograph of London, hence the "London flats" title. Each of three town homes is independently furnished. While you can play three families (by using University or other expansions to move families together), I recommend playing a family in one of the units. If you want to play more families in more units, I recommend replicating the lot in your game.
There is off street parking. If you have nightlife, you can put in a driveway and two cars in the 'roadway' to the side.
