1x1 lot (thanks Andi8104!!!)
Fully furnished in tasteful colors, with all the skillbuilding items your Sim needs. Perfect for a single bachelor or bachelorette, or a couple without kids.

Main level is a greatroom with small dining, kitchen, and living areas.
Upstairs is a hall, large bath, and spacious bedroom. Spacious for a minilot, anyway.
There is a separate entrance to the basement where you'll find a workout machine and chess.

Everything your Sim needs to start out, but not feel like all of their 5 furnishings came from Garage Sales.
