I built this brick mock tudor after coming across this adorable house last night. It was one of the cutest houses I've seen and it just *had* to be reproduced for my Sims.

I made two versions - a luxe reproduction complete with deck, garage, finished basement, finished attic, deluxe kitchen, 2 fireplaces, etc
and a sub-$20,000 fixer upper .

This one, obviously, is the one where someone else has done the work for you. Your Sims need not know which end of the hammer goes up, because this house is totally ready to go.

Downstairs, a finished basement with big-screen TV, exercise equipment, etc.
Ground level, a deluxe kitchen, spacious Great Room, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a Living Room that opens onto a private deck. Outside is a garden and an orchard.
Upstairs, 2 full bedrooms, a full bath, and a loft area.


There is no custom content used in this lot. No hacks or etc.

It was made with University, Nightlife, Seasons, OFB. You'll need them to play it.
