Here's an adorable Tudor-revival home, based loosely on this vacation home which I stumbled upon today. I was fascinated by the hilly lot, and the lower level garage with living space on top. I wondered if I could acheive that in Sim-land...surprisingly, it was possible with no cheats, no boolprop codes even! (Of course I later had to use the cheat box for 45 degree angles and multiple roof pitches, but still....)

I LOVE Tudor-revival houses and hope you do too. This home features a large living room with fireplace, wide hallway to avoid Sim jam-ups, downstairs bedroom and 1/2 bath, bright kitchen, outdoors dining, and upstairs, a loft area, 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom.

This home is lightly furnished and landscaped. I have done the Seasons EP attic thing so your Sims won't freeze to death in their own home.

This home was built with OFB, Nightlife, University, and Seasons. Not Pets. You will need to have at least the same EPs that I have in order to play it.

There is NO custom content used. It is all regular old Maxis stuff.
