Hi all

This is a Plantation House in part inspired by the film 'Stay Alive'. I've included here two versions.

1 is a newly built family friendly and fully furnished home. Containing....
Grnd floor.
Lounge, library, kitchen, dining room and games room

1st floor.
2 main bedrooms plus a 3rd with twin beds for children. A nursery. 3 bathrooms and stairs leading to the large open plan attic.

Both houses have the same floor plan etc.

2 is a spookier older version of the same house. Unfurnished and undecorated. Perect for a haunted house or vampires etc.

The fully furnished version costs 223'248 simoleons

The unfurnished spooky version costs 117'555 simoleons

Furniture is Maxis only.
