A new commercial lot for your sims. This is based incredibly loosely on the perfume making places in the French town of Grasse famous for its perfumes.
Most of these places such as Fragonard (Famous perfumerie and museum of perfume in Grasse) have the main building where the perfumes are made from the flowers etc. Then they have a type of tour of different processes, finally a largegift shop and usually a small cafe or bar.
This one has the ground floor, large open plan gift shop, floral arrangements, seating etc. Do your sims hate using public toilets? Each cubicle is walled with a modern facility inside.
On the 1st floor is the large restaurant with big paned windows over looking the floral terrace.
The final floor is a glass walled atrium type floor with more floral activity outside.
