One piece of custom content included (not really required, it's only a piece of deco that I happen to like).

Description:
Small family house, garden with porch in front and back, on a 2x3 lot. Living room, bathroom, and kitchen/dining with a beautiful view of the garden on the ground floor, three bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs, the basement is empty and can be used as hobby room or additional bedroom. Room for two driveways next to the house.

1 x double bedroom
2 x single bedroom (1 furnished)
3 x bathroom (2 furnished)
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room
1 x spare room (empty)

All necessities included, plus a computer and fireplace in the living room. This is a leftover from the Middleground neighbourhood and will fit in nicely as 3 Riverside Drive (see "NHoodView" screenshot). (I built several of these houses since I couldn't decide where to put the fireplace ... they're similar from the outside, but have different floorplans)

Unannoying basement windows! They won't look "filled in" (maxis glitch), because they have flat ground in front.
