Small Split Level House

Taking a break from recolring, I decided to make another house. And since I wanted to avoid underwater building for awhile, I decided to do another split level. It's smaller than the first one I uploaded.

I also did not furnish it. I though it would be better that way, as most like to decorate themselves, plus that way I'm sure it's only base game material.

Completely forgetting that I had downloaded Numenors recolourable stairs, I discovered it when I done the clean install preperations. After checking his site, I was happy to see his items can be included in lots with credit. So credit is given. You can find the link below.
It has a basement, sunken living room, raise kitchen with sliding doors to deck, 2 bedrooms, and one bathroom. Again, rooms are unfurnished.
