Howdy Folks, I'm once again here showing you this build I've worked on.

The House is a 40x30 Residencial Lot.
It comes with:

- 3 Bathooms;
- 2 Bedrooms;
- a split-level Living Room;
- a Kitchen;
- a Garage;
- a Gated garbage can (to keep those pesky jealous sims/ dogs / teens, away from your garbage)
- a Backyard to let the kids roam free.

This lot costs a total of: 33 764 §, a bit out of budget for someone just fresh out of the bin or University
