Brickstone Cottage by lamammaforever

This is a classic mountain cottage, in a lovely peaceful corner, built in white and grey stone, very close to the a little natural fountain of clear and cristaline water.



This is the right house for a couple with 2 kids (and a pet is welcome).
Fully furnished.
It's simple, elegant and relaxing.
Ground floor: large kitchen, living and bath, little porch with chessboard and easel.
Second floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 kid room, bath, studio space.
Little balconies but only decorative.
Alarms in discrete points.



Cleaned, checked and tested in game (a clone lot) for 7 sim days, either as vacation home and as regular house.
IMPORTANT note for Mehrlicht (and for all of you who love the pixelated dammned little people hehe): no sims were sacrified for testing this lot.

I also used some stuff from TSS. As always, if you don't have this stuff pack, the objects simply won't appear.

The gardner may find hard to take care of the bushes, I don't care if they don't look perfect but if instead this is important for you I'd suggest a good hack which allow to have always perfect plants (Inge at Simlogical).

Please, do not upload anywhere (NO absolutely no Exchange) and do not claim at yours. As far as my wall and floor and the maxis recolors, they are and must remain free.
