Some days ago I came up with the idea of making some tiny beach houses for my not so rich sims, so that they could buy their own beach house in Twikki Island.
After almost finishing them, I thought why not puting some of these in the neighborhood for poor sims.. (the ones who just came back from collage, or the ones AT university, the just created ones....)
Anyway.. they will be useful for any sim who wants their own house but doesn't have much money =P

I hope you enjoy them! With nothing else to say, here the features of this tiny, but very confortable and COMPLETE (=P) houses.

Tiny House 1
