This will be my last upload for a while...how long, I do not know. I've gotten my first apartment (will be moving in soon) and I will be without the Sims and possibly without internet for a while I'm sad about it because I haven't finished the Tiny Terrace Collection. Hopefully though, when I come back I can pick up where I left off...if life allows me the time to do so. So without further ado...today I bring you 11 Tiny Terrace!

11 Tiny Terrace is actually 2 apartments, same floor plan, different furnishings and style. One is sort of french country, while the other's a bit more contemporary/modern. Of course as with all of my uploads this lot is fully furnished. I've included 2 CC by blake_boy and also a link to where the upper cabinets in the kitchens can be found, as they are not included in this download. This lot has been tested and checked with clean installer. Hack free.

Both apartments consist of:
-2 bedrooms
-2 baths
-eat-in kitchen
-large living room
-garage with car
