10 Tiny Terrace

Good morning everyone! This is the first of my "new & improved" Tiny Terrace Collection! New, yes! Improved, I guess you guys will actually have to be the judge of that. This collection started out as starter homes. Meant to be a little different from most, with a little more style. I wanted a tiny gated community feel. Whether I accomplished that or not, I have no idea. But fact is there's only so many ideas I could come up with for starter homes and I wasn't quite ready to put an end to this collection. So I decided to step it up and made bigger more expensive homes. If you have downloaded and kept any of this collection, don't be afraid to mix this with the starter homes. I did and I think it looks pretty good. I should include a picture sometime of how I've set up my neighborhood with this collection! Anywho, on with the info about this place...

10 Tiny Terrace
-Fully furnished
-3 bedroom (all upstairs)
-2 bathroom (1 downstairs, 1 upstairs-master bath)
-Eat-in kitchen AND formal dining room
-Fireplace
-Pool w/ slide
-2 Car garage (with 2 cars)
-Big back porch
-Large backyard with plenty of extra room (not really included in picture) to add a garden or even expand the garage if your Simmies have a large car collection. Live with your mother-in-law? You could give her her own little apartment! Tehe!

In a nut shell, I think that's everything. As always I ask that no one upload my work to any sites. And please do no claim as your own. I hope that you all like this home. I guess we'll see how it does. It has been tested and checked with clean installer. There are no hacks!
