The MovesAnywhere Neighborhood Camera hack-moved from Green Lake thread

I decided to move the camera hack included with Green Lake terrain to;
A) Receive a more realistic stat on how Green lake is actually doing
B) So you can find a decent camera hack more easily.

With the MovesAnywhere hack, you can;
1) Zoom out to ridiculous levels,


2) Tilt the camera from any angle ranging from 0-89 degrees (be aware that the camera will zoom out of you tilt it to 0 degrees)



3) And reach the edges of the neighborhood

EDIT: since the release of FreeTime, people have been complaining that the hack doesn't work as it is expected to. comparing the 2 camera hack files between the one packaged with FreeTime, and the one with every other game before it, there is no significant difference between the 2. I don't know if Maxis has decided not to let us use camera hacks, or if this will be fixed with a simple patch.
