It's been a while since I didn't build any new lots.
but now I made one for contest. it's my first time then. so please be kind
...all decorated with Maxis stuff only, so I don't have much choice.
In my opinion it's looks like an UFO at least from neighborhood.
I only have a little stuff pack (HolidayPartyPack) installed but i never use objects from it in this lots. so I think it's basegame capable.
come with both furnished & unfurnished version.
