457 Palmetto Drive - Great Family Home!

Hi Everyone! I have been downloading wonderful things from this site for several years now and have finally gotten up the courage to share something I have made.

I have used Numenor's wonderful AnyGameStarter to create this house. The necessary expansion packs/stuff packs are Nightlife and Glamour Life. There is nothing but Maxis content as I felt that may appeal to more people. The house is on a foundation with an attached two car garage.

The first floor level has an open floor plan which includes the living room, dining room, kitchen and a half bath. I included a full bath in the garage, just in case your sim comes home from work needing to use it quickly!

Upstairs, there is an open room which contains a piano, card table and other "fun" items. There are two bedrooms, one for two children (or you can make it into a guest bedroom) with an attached bathroom and a Master Suite with it's own balcony.

A swimming pool, swingset and a small amount of landscaping has been done for you!
