Hello, everyone! This house has everything and more! It is nicely landscaped, with a pool, swingset and space to add an outdoor dining area.



This home was built with a family in mind as it has 3 ensuite bedrooms, with the children's bedrooms set up for two children in each room. The master bedroom has it's own fireplace and is furnished very nicely.

Downstairs includes a half bath, dining room, kitchen, living room which also has a fireplace and den. The front porch has a nice seating area where you sims can sit and watch the world go by.

The house is fully furnished, including burglar and smoke alarms as well as lighting. There is an attached one car garage, but no car included.

Almost forgot -- I play-tested a copy of this house with a family of four for two sim days. I did not find anything wrong with it, but let me know if you do. :-)
