Are you looking for a home that is elegant yet not too big? Do you know of a couple who do not wish to have any children so only need a one bedroom home? How about a retired couple who would like to move out of the family house, yet do not really wish to downsize?

If so, this is the home for you! It is fully furnished with Maxis only items, has a very large lot so those of you who wish to add a pond, greenhouse, garden or a second building for Free Time items will have plenty of room to do so.

I have not playtested this house yet, but the only cheats I used were building cheats and snapobjectstogrid false on a couple of things. If for some reason your sim seems unable to use a particular item, then just pick that item up and set it back down. The problem should be fixed easily.

This house sells for $151,767 and is on a 4 x 4 lot.
