Sim City Development is proud to announce their latest creation, Sheffield Manor.



This home has been designed to appeal to the tastes of the more affluent sims. If you have worked hard to get to the top of your career, you should be living in a home which reflects your position in society. We have striven to produce a home which offers elegance as well as catering to all of your needs and desires. Entertaining guests will be a delightful experience that will leave your guest with warm, positive memories of their time spent in your home.

When you enter into this home, you step into an elegant foyer, which has a den off to the left. This allows you to be able to conduct business in your home without having your clients intrude into the more "private" areas of your home. We have made an archway between this foyer and your living room, dining room and kitchen, but if you wish you can install a door instead which can be locked to allow only family members. Thus making it so any clients would only have access to your foyer and the upstairs recreation area. Although, there is a guest bath which your clients would still be able to access if needed.

Besides the foyer, den and guest bath, the first floor includes a living room, dining room, kitchen and access to the two car garage. When you go upstairs, you will find an open recreation area which leads onto a balcony overlooking the front street. There is a private master suite of three rooms -- your master bedroom, bath and a sitting room with television. The master sitting room has private access to the balcony as well.

Along with the master suite, there are two more bedrooms which each have their own private bath. One bedroom is large enough for two children or you could turn it into a "master bedroom suite" for your elderly parents or guests.

There is a bi-level deck in the backyard which includes a hot tub for your relaxation pleasure as well as a swimming pool. This particular lot also has a small pond which is fed by an underground stream and does include "live" fish if you have Seasons installed. To add curb appeal, we contracted with a landscaper to create a calm, peaceful area in the front yard in which you can sit and watch the world go by while listening to the soothing sounds of the fountain and enjoying the view of a beautiful sculpture. Although this home is landscaped, there should not be too much yard work to occupy your time, although of course, you can always hire a gardener and simply not worry about it at all.

This unfurnished version comes with kitchen counters and appliances, as well as plumbing fixtures in the restrooms, a hot tub, one fountain and statue. You will need to supply everything else to complete your home. This unfurnished version is considerably lower in price, selling for only $119,500.


I made this in Numenor's AnyGameStarter with only the base game, University, Nightlife and Open for Business installed, then I put a copy of it into my "regular" game which includes Seasons. I put a family of 5 sims into the house and played this family through summer, fall and winter and never found any problems with the home.
