This Craftsman style, fully furnished, mid-sized home has four bathrooms and the potential for 4 bedrooms. It is currently decorated for 3 with one of the upstairs rooms reserved for skilling. There are two bathrooms on the upper level for your sims' convenience (especially in the morning!). The master bedroom is downstairs with its own bathroom. The family room is visible from the open kitchen, which is convenient to the breakfast area. For entertaining, there is a formal living and dining room and a convenient full bath for guests. The small office is close to the entrance to the attached garage. As is customary in craftsman architecture, there are built-in furnishings throughout; a "built- in sideboard" in the formal dining; there is a "built-in" shelving unit in the kitchen/breakfast nook area; and there is a "built-in" armoire in the masterbedroom. The yard is large enough to fish, play soccer and basketball, and garden.

I love the warm and interesting craftsman style architecture. Ordinarily accents are painted in complimentary colors, but given that this was made entirely with Maxis content, I used the items available in the game.
