This was the last lot I created for the Monopoly Contest. Its taken me awhile to upload as I needed to add diving boards to see if that would make the sims dive into the pools and then be able to climb out using the ladders - as you can see I didnt get round to it! Give it a go though, I have a sneaking feeling it wont work, I think for each hut you'll need to create a smaller 4 tile deck below the first one and access it by stairs then add the pool ladders, that should do it!
I did manage to do some testing and pleased to say the reception desk and massage table works as is. The hammocks at the back, however, do not, should be an easy fix though.

This is NOT a Beach lot. You are also getting a clean lot, no sims have left footprints in the sand.

Onto the particulars, Im doing a cut and paste job from the contest, as Im lazy like thay!

Sunny Palms is an exotic hidaway exclusively advertised to the wealthy and those with celebrity status. All the staff must sign a confidentiality agreement whenever there is a big star staying at the resort, their clause is 'discretion is key'.

There are four self contained huts at Sunny Palms.
Each hut has their own private pool area only accessible by the people staying in the hut pertaining to that pool. The two huts at the back are the smallest, perfect for a power couple wanting to get away from the world and sit back and relax in complete obscurity. One of the back huts has a spa on the deck, the other just has a small pool. The hut on the right is a little bit bigger and comes with an option of being able to fit a roll-a-way bed in there, or cot if you have a baby. This one also has its own cabana to swim over to and relax. The last hut is the largest and great for families, theres also a bit of extra room to fit a roll-a-way bed or cot if desired. This one also has its own little Cabana. All huts have tea and coffee facilities, mini fridges, phones, ceiling fans, fire alarms, sprinklers and seperate bathrooms.

Also on site is a Massage therapist, which is available and accessible to all customers. Upstairs is a buffet, available 24/7, food is always fresh and changed over regurlary. Just out the door upstairs is a bar and a little platform that runs round the unusal type palm tree in the centre of the resort, which serves as a lovely romantic veiwing deck on the balmy tropical nights.

If you walk down to the back of the resort you will see it leads out to its own private beach access. Towels and umbrellas are always on hand ready for the avid sunbather. Doted around the place is some tiki torces to set the mood and for a little extra lighting at the front entrance of the lot hidden amongst the foliage so as not to ruin the set mood, is 5 or 6 city dweller dimmers.

You may notice the cladding at the front and on one side does not match the cladding on the back and other sides of the huts and reception area, SRED when designing wanted to use an authentic Tropical bamboo material the whole way round, but soon realised that sometimes the weather in the tropics can be unpredictable, so they decided to build in a spot that while the back of the lot sometimes get quite buffeted from blustery winds coming off the ocean the front was safe enough to have a facade of the Tropical bamboo material, while protecting the back sides exposed to the weather with the more hardy stucco with enclosed timbering.

We hope you enjoy your stay at Pacific Avenue Sunny Palms Resort, and we're sure you will make it a yearly excursion to come and realx with us!
