Well, here's another something I put together according to some house plans from houseplans.com! (Blueprints Link)

This is a 3x2 lot - I underestimated the size of the house - that costs $26,467. At the time of packaging, I had some problems with the driveway and the garage door, so you'll have to place your own - or you can make the garage into a rec room! It's very spacious. (Again, something is screwed up with my fireplaces, so there's a nook to add one, if you desire :D)

I try to use the least amount of custom content I can, so that people can install it without having to worry about new items, but Chrissy's gates & fences are so wonderful, I couldn't bear to part with it in favor for a less fitting Maxis one.
