GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE COLLECTION
The Cape Cod Collection includes 8 houses. The lots vary in size and price and include a little something for everyone. Five of the lots are furnished (using Maxis furniture) and 3 are not furnished. Very little OBJECT CUSTOM CONTENT was used to create each house (see "Custom Content Included" below). There are also a few custom (stephanie b.) wallpaper, floors and ground covers included. File sizes range from 1.8 MB to 3.1 MB!

This collection is one of my favorites - as it was one of the first COLLECTIONS I ever created. When I decided to install The Sims 2 to build, the Covington (which is still one of my favorite lots to Sim in) was my pet lot. Each lot has been updated and modified (some more than others) to be more Sim friendly and functional!

EXTRAS IN ZIPS
There are certain recolors or bedding that do not automatically zip in Sims2Packs. As a result, I have included the bedding in the Covington zip. Be sure to add the bedding to your downloads folder BEFORE entering the lots. The recolors or bedding were created by the following artists:

- Seymour Bedding by Flipchick

EXPANSION PACKS REQUIRED
As of January 2008 all stephanie b. lots will use the original Sims 2 game and the core Expansion Packs. I will also update all previously submitted lots as well so STUFF PACKS will no longer be needed to download stephanie b. lots!

CUSTOM CONTENT
Please understand that I :lovestruc LOVE :lovestruc build mode and garden Custom Content as it often helps to bring my lots to life. While I try not to include too many custom based objects in my game, they will more often than not be a part of my lots. I mainly use windows, doors, fencing, roofing, flowers and my textures (walls, floors & ground covers). On occasion, I may use a specific furniture set if I am creating a theme-based lot. Also keep in mind that when there are multiple downloads on the page, the custom content is spread out between all of the lots. If you prefer not to use custom content, simply use the SIMS2PACK to uncheck the objects you don't want in your game. Keep in mind, doing so may change the "look" of the lot with build mode items.

MY TEXTURES:
All stephanie b. walls, floors and ground covers included in houses downloaded from MTS2 can be used in lot creations on any free or pay site as long as I receive credit for the textures. Please do not post my textures (walls, floors or groundcovers) or lots on other sites without my permission or reupload them as your own by giving them face-lifts without giving me credit for the original design. Thank you!
