Hey I made IT!!!
It's another starter by me And strange looking too :D
It's made from these pictures
I did my best to make it look like that

I tried to use Maxis meshes But I needed these beautiful doors&windows by simnuts101 (here http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=146562) I'm not sure if the meshes are included but please make sure you download them!!!

Definitely made for a single living Sim But you can put a small family too (2 people)
I tried to use the 45 degree as little as possible So your Sims can use the objects properly.The sofas are rotated but they're working fine I tested them in game.
1 bed room,1 shower and 1 toilet :D,kitchen,dinning,living and a free room
