This is another small house by me - this time 1x1. Thanks to aelflaed for the Sunnyside Residential Mini Lots. The house has no cc and it's furnished. See below for more info

*There is basement(not furnished)
*Ground level(kitchen&living rooms)

*Second level(2 bedrooms and bathroom)

*Attic(bathroom and some hobbies)
*The house can be used by three people,but you can squeeze one more in the basement
*The double bed has been tested and it's working from both sides(that was a lot of testing.....)
*The garden is tiny,but there's a lemon tree
