Simlayson’s textile factory is community lot, my inspiration was Victorian time factories.

Seasons EP information:
I used boolprop constrainfloorelevation cheat to make roof, however it is not weather proof, there is two ways to solve it
1. use weather machine, it is on third floor, if your Sims aspiration is platinum or gold
2. use hack that stops raining
