HELLO!:D:D:D:D

I'm back again ok so i know all of you people out their well a few don't have many factories or firms well guess what i'm here just for you this is a wonderfull factory firm for any Sim community well before i get started talking about this wonderfull creation PLEASE READ THIS

I fixed the problem of most of my lots crashing in the games you won't have that problem any more sorry to say from now on all of my lots atleast require 1 EP unless you want to go ahead and download it even though you don't have EP and crash your game i advise you not to download if you don't have a EP. ( I read the Creator Guidelines and it said even if you didn't add any objects from nightlife,OFB etc in your lot the .package file saves it as though
it needs nightlife, OFB etc sorry for that.

Ok so this is ideal for any Sim ready to get started to run his/her own factory/firm i desgined a plumbing firm because i thought it was a unique design i can't remember the creators name but the person who designed the pipes, and other factory accesories is a genius his/her wonderfull creations really came in handy so BIG THANKS TO YOU, i will give the links soon to were you can fin the factory accesories if you don't have them already:D
