Maxis Ranch Retreat House Flip

It's been a while since I've created anything for the sims 2 after taking a break from the game to take some college courses. But now that I'm back to playing I couldn't help but remember what my biggest headache was in the game... Maxis houses, they are each seperated by expansion packs, forcing players to blend them together, which okay I can understand that but it's still annoying, though not as annoying as their bizarre layouts. So after watching a few too many episodes of Flip That House, I decided well hey, why not? So here is my first flipped Maxis house, the tiny ranch retreat that came with the base game, all dolled up and ready for a family that would like to have a double bed in the master bedroom and a dresser in the 2nd bedroom along with a garage. No custom content has been used and the house is unfurnished awaiting the unique tastes of you and your sims. I hope you enjoy.
