The third installement in my special sims collection - this is kind of an update on my covenhouse, but on a more practical scale.

This is actually a fairly pleasant seeming house, which I like. It is a large house with landscaped gardens and a swimming pool.

With every build I always have a starting idea to work with, before I started building I knew I wanted a basement with the coffin in, and I wanted to try and build a huge spiral staircase in a turret, and it all went from there.

The ground floor has a garage on a split level. It has a huge kitchen (some decoration from kitchen and bathroom stuff, but it won't fall over if you are missing that) a dining room, and a reception room/office.



The next floor has a living room, a bathroom, a double bedroom and an art room/study which could be furnished as a playroom.



On the top floor is a huge master bedroom, with a dressing area (this room could be split into 2 bedrooms) a bathroom and a twin room.



In the basement is the crypt, and a small office.



Outside is a swimming pool, a lawn area with a pond and a walled garden.
