A traditional-ish house for campus, perfect for a bunch of rich young sims looking to establish a greek house.

The basement, complete with hot tub, DJ booth, and full service bar will surely make this house party central! The main floors are traditionally furnished, and can accommodate 4 brothers/sisters in luxury (you can easily double-up the rooms to accommodate 8). There's also a livable attic, for up to 4 pledges ;-)

Although intended as a Greek House, you can just as easily place it in a residential neighborhood and use it as a "normal" house.

The price of this lot as a normal residential lot is: $136,731

Lot Size: 2x2
Lot Price: 30,081 (on campus)
