I had to seriously scale down my ambitions with this lot in order to keep it playable and to minimise cc. More Lord of the Sims than Lord of the Rings perhaps, but hopefully it still has a whiff of Gondor about it. There are six furnished apartments, one and two bedroomed with rents between $1323 and $2747 and all play-tested on a cloned lot.
