In Houston there is an artsy community near downtown called Montrose. It was established in 1911 and the houses there are a mix of mansions, bungalows, and cottages located along shady tree lined streets. Many of the mansions have been renovated into small apartments, sometimes updated and very nice and sometimes with all the original fixtures & woodwork. I will upload the original single family Aurora home as soon as I get it furnished with the new M&G stuff but for now, you get the Montrose renovated version!
10 units ; 2 of them are 2 story ; all of them are 1BD/1BA except the carriage house which has a half bath downstairs.
