Important Information!!
I’m including two files, Zoned and Unzoned:
Unzoned – Listed as a standard residential lot, it is completely ready to be zoned as an Apartment. Use this file if you wish to make any edits or changes to the lot
Zoned – Ready to be used, but as with any apartment complex, you won’t be able to make significant changes.

For those who may not know, there are two cheat codes that will come in handy for this lot. To enter a cheat code, press ctrl-alt-c and a panel will appear at the top of your screen.

Renting a furnished apartment: If you want your Sims to rent a fully furnished apartment, enter “boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true”, then hold down the shift key as you click on the door of the apartment you wish to rent. You will then be given an option to rent the apartment fully furnished! IMPORTANT: Make sure you disable this cheat as soon as you are done, by entering “boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false”!! Otherwise you may start having issues in your game!

Converting the Unzoned Lot into an Apartment: If you are making edits to the Unzoned version of this lot and then wish to make it into an apartment, you need to first load the apartment in your neighborhood. Then open the cheat panel and enter “changeLotZoning apartmentbase”. Once you exit the lot and return to your neighborhood, it should know show you rental values instead of lot value! IMPORTANT: Once you’ve taken this step, you can NOT go back and make any significant changes to the lot!
