No CC Townhomes 3br 2ba

Hello everyone I'm back with the second treat of the day! I bring to you this lovely block of brick townhomes. This build has actually been pulled from my work-in-progress custom neighborhood with some minor adjustments (layout and removed CC). After an unhealthy amount of hours, the rather elaborate structure is fully functional!

Inspiration

I think most simmers have jumped into a fresh game ready to start a cute save in a classic city townhome only to be met with the very not cute EA apartments. If you were determined you may have even tried to build the townhome you sought in that very moment. I have, and I can tell you it's not fun especially when you just want to play the game! So I've gone and done just that. A cute block of townhomes that are ready to use and inspired by the ones I've always seen growing up.

About The Build

Each townhome is a little different from the rest as there are two different living room setups, unique backyards (accessed from both the kitchen and basement), and they all have basements in varying stages of being finished which is meant to be a project and/or goal for your sims (or not). Each basement has an enclosed bedroom and a full bathroom while the top level has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.

FYI

The two interior staircases of this build are stacked and although they are 100% functional the lower staircase isn't very pleasing to the eye as it appears to be visually covered by the staircase leading upstairs (Pictured below). Again this is functional but if it bothers you there are CC staircases that do not have an extended base/walls. I personally don't use any in my own game so I don't have any recommendations but feel free to recommend one in the comments!
