Nerokhi Apartments consists of 4 apartment units, each incuding a two car garage, 2-3 double bedrooms, with recreational rooms to optionally convert to extra rooms, and 3 bathrooms each. Each unit has a balcony and a private backyard.

Each apartment is fully furnished so to move sims in you will need to:
- Ctrl+Shift+C and enter boolprop testingcheatsenabled true
- move Sim to the door of the apartment you want to rent
- Shift-click the door and select Rent furnished apartment
- Ctrl+Shift+C and enter boolprop testingcheatsenabled false
