A lovely small lot Victorian designed to fit anywhere and play well, this cozy family home features a wraparound porch and a detailed roofline that gave me fits..but turned out well afterall. Other features include:

2 fireplaces
all skill builders
tons of springtime landscaping

My deepest thanks to Tula Tara for the base of the Victorian siding which I have "frankensteined" and recolored to fit my needs.
