Built by request, this lot features San Francisco style rowhouses as apartments/condos on a tiny 1x4 lot. There are 3 units:

2 one bedroom units : each has 2 bathrooms ($1944)
1 3 bedroom unit with 3 bathrooms and game room($2808)
landscaping
vending machines
unique exteriors with balconies




This lot has been playtested with no problems in navigation. I am also making individual versions of each house on the tiny 1x1 lots by request as well. I hope you enjoy it
