The Desert Sun is the only place where Single Sims would choose to live! Your next door neighbor may just be that special someone! Have a drink at the bar in a tropical setting or just relax in the jacuzzi. There's a spacious pool area where you can take a swim or just socialize. You will love living here and so will your sim.

Features:

All apartments completely furnished and decorated (except for spare rooms in townhomes. These can be used however you wish)
a)Four 2 bedroom duplex Townhomes. Front facing balconies, two baths. Walk in closets. Each townhome has a full basement.

b)Four 1 bedroom apartments, view of pool, Bedroom Terrace

c)Common area with pool, jacuzzi room, gym and bar b cue area. Plenty of landscaped grounds to stroll around.

d)"Parking Garage" with upper level. (NOTE: Cars can be placed on the extension if you use boolprop aptSublotSpecificToolsDisabled false after you move in a family. I havent tested this however and don't know how it will work)

e)Security Station. This is the little round house on the side of the garage. I made this mainly for visual effects and amusement, but it does have a desk, chair and computer inside.

NOTES:
1)Boolprop and move objects used for decorative effect.
2)Autos not included
3)Rent is approx 3,100 for townhomes and 1,300 for apartments.
4)To Rent Furnished:
* CTRL-SHIFT-C to bring up the cheat box.
* Enter the following cheat: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
* Walk your sim to the front door of the apartment that you want to rent. They need to be standing right in front of the door.
* Clear any actions from your sim's queue - including other sims trying to talk to them.
* SHIFT-click on the door of the apartment you wish to rent and choose "Rent Furnished."
* If the action falls out of your queue, your sim probably needs to be closer to the door.
* Once the apartment is rented, bring up the cheat box again.
* Enter: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false to turn the cheat off again.

Lot was moved into and tested. No bugs or glitches were found but please let me know if you experience any problems.
